Our Restaurant is a wonderful addition to the Met experience and can be booked for private events. Offering the much-loved menu from the Met Bar & Bistro or a special celebrations menu, the Restaurant is the ideal choice for groups interested in private dining experiences in Waterford. Whether you’re planning a large celebration, birthday, corporate networking event, this private dining area is the perfect place to host your gathering.

Also serving breakfast to Hotel Residents and Non-Residents from 7.00am – 10.00am Monday to Friday / 8.00am – 11.00am Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Monday

To compliment your meal, taste or mood, we have also taken time to carefully select the array of wines featured on our in-house Wine List.

Please Note : Currently, we are not taking evening bookings for individual leisure diners and tables are allocated in terms of availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.
