I stayed here for 1 week of my 9 weeks in the city and returned every week there after. Fantastic staff, aswell as everything else. Any little niggly problems I had were dealt with efficiently and with enthusiasm and I will stay here anytime I return to the city. Other reviewers who have moaned at the bad wifi reception etc. are not living in the real world. Even BuckinghamPalacehas these problems from time to time. Food was yummy and bed cosy and “ungetoutable”. Bar area is great for just chillin with a cuppa and laptop. I felt right at home and was not made to feel a nuisance if I wanted something doing or my food done a certain way. The staff make the place X

booked the penthouse when I stayed here, brilliant veiws from the room as soon as we arrived into our room there was a knock at the door.it was a porter who had brought us chocolates and fruit.brilliant stay

just stayed in this hotel and had a great weekend,hotel is very central,ideal for shopping/nightlife etc…found the staff very efficient and friendly from the time we checked in to checked out and they could not do enough for us.lovely meal in chez ks restaraunt,definitly come back again….
